Where did my settings go ?

Hi,

I had spent ages setting up the Zoom Screens

to display lanes 1-2-3 on V1 and 4--5-6 on V2

I then saved these as different files in zoom folder

upon comming back to program after a few days away all my zoom settings have reverted back to default settings and even if I load my saved skins nothing changes

and now I can not make any changes to any boxes
If I make a change and then pres "Apply to all boxes" it reverts to original settings ?

Help please

It's the first time a user have such problem with zoom skin , i really don't know what happen , can you send me the skin files you have saved to check what's wrong (send the files *.zoo and *.zoe at info@pclapcounter.be)

After this little problem I also tried to update to the latest version as I was on 5.18

But it kept comming up with errors and wont install

Turned out it was norton protecting the PC and stopping it running

So I have now reinstalled everthing and starting from scratch again

Will re set them all and if any more problems will email you the file

only 1 question is it ok to save the new skins in a file name of my choice

and can I have several options saved as differebt file names depending on how many
people we have racing

the view number is not saved in the skin file, according to your previous message you use V1,V2 and therefore when you load a zoom skin you have also to specify that the zoom screen have to display V1 or V2 (in the zoom screen menu setttings/options "network view name" to V1 or V2).
