Would be nice to have the option if a penalty stop is not made by the driver within the selected number of rounds, to choose if the driver is disqualified or the driver gets a penalty of a selective number of rounds.

I would like to option to make the stop and go like running out of fuel. You stop counting laps until you serve your penalty. The Black flag takes the fun out when you only have 2 or 3 racers.
