carrera digital pc lap counter not working

carrera 30352 control unit and 30349 pc unit not working it worked great with the old black box
I changed the control unit to use the fuel in pit
nothing works I went into detection changed the unit # hit ok it said up date then does nothing

Anyway, to help you i need more information:

1. Which version of Pc Lap Counter you use ?
   
2. What is the firmware version of your cu30352 ? for your information Pc Lap Counter need cu30352 with at least firmware version 5336
   
3. In the Carrera Digital C30352 interface of Pc Lap Counter , the led is green , yellow or red ?
   

Also , if it's possible please provide a screenshot of the problem

I did have a green light and it said update nothing happened
I tried hooking up app connect to get firmware 5336. I read on the pc lap sight to do that to get firmware it gave no option for firmware it just said update now 2 lights on left side of cu 30352
just keep blinking cant get them to shut down I unplugged cu and tried to reset still blinking
light went from green to yellow
firmware reads 0

It's like that the firmware update of your CU failed , i suggest you to contact Carrera support service.

I called Carrera they said the app connect was bad and shot out the cu
there sending me 2 new ones
