connection between pc and control unit

Hi guy,
i bought pc lap counter last year and i try to run the program with my carrera 132 but their are no connection between my laptop and control unit.


I have controle unit 30352 + pc-unit 30349 + pc lap counter.

I connect the usb on my lap top and pc lap counter try to connect on pc unit but the light is yellow.

Do you have an idea to resolve my problem?

Try to change the versiobof sowtwate to an older one. Have you tried to use an another USB Port? Maybe chose an other COM port..
