Asked for drivers first time RichG cable is connected to PC

Hi,

I've have a question from a Spanish friend, he has bought RichG cable, and wants to test PCLC.
But his first question is that as soon as he connectes the cable to the PC, gets the tipicall window that a new hardware has been conmnected to. In that case, the hardware shown is a TTL232 R, and I would appreciate if somebody can tell us if he needs a special driver.
