Problems PC Lapcounter and Power Base C7042

I want to use PC Lapcounter with Powerbase C7042

There is not working together.

There comes this Massage:

Warte auf Signal von Scalextric Digital.
Wait for signal from scalextric Digital.

And the flag is allready yellow.

I have try more ports. With every Port the same.

And the same like with my Laptop.

I need something more ?

A driver ?

To connect the powerbase C7042 to the computer you need a special cable( http://www.pclapcounter.be/scalextric_digital_c7042.html) and you also have to install the driver of the special cable (http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm).

Wich is the rigth driver:

D2XX Direct driver or VCP Drivers

In the Moment i install VCP Drivers in PC Lapcounter file, but is not working.

take VCP drivers, there is a installation guide of the drivers here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Documents/InstallGuides.htm
