Phidgets & oXigen Issue [fixed 5.19c]

Situation:
6 Lane Hybrid track, 2x phidgets 0/0/4, webcam used for analogue mode, slot.it oxigen

Set up to run oxigen race, set detection to oxigen, phidgets still set as power control.

Odd control over phidgets.... large Power on/off button in bottom right of screen has no effect, start of race, lane relays remain off, but lane checkboxes show on. Unchecking and rechecking each lane resolves the issue and turns the lane relays on.

Issue found in v5.19Beta, and just installed v5.19

It's a bug , will fix it ASAP.
