hello I bought the hardware I installed in the track I bought the cable for connecting the hardware with the PC I connected the track + cable + PC I downloaded the demo software, but does not recognize the com port is always in yellow and continues to seek com1.2.3.4 door. etc. etc.
My question is: What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Did you install the driver of the cable ?
Where did you buy the hardware ?
Do you know the version of the hardware, is it SEB Interface mode 1 or mode 2 or a SEB USB interface ?
Which version of Pc Lap Counter you use ?
