| It has been 18 months since I used my Scalextric and PCLC. Sad, I know. It worked fine last time I used it.
Today, whenever PCLC is connected to the C7042, the throttle response is either fully on or off. In other words, as I gradually press the throttle, the car power is 0%, I press harder, it is still 0%, but when the throttle position gets to around 70%, the power output jumps to 100%.
I have looked at the throttle response page, and it shows the input is smooth from 0 to 100%, but the power output is wrong. As soon as I disconnect PCLC, my throttles return to normal, smooth power output.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any tips on how to resolve?

| I suggest to go in the driver setting and check the throttle map | |

| My apologies for not updating my post. I came back to the laptop a day later, and everything was back to normal. I can't explain it, but I'm glad it's working now. The laptop is pretty old and hadn't been switched on for months. It is possible the CPU was maxed out doing an update, or virus scan, or whatever else PCs do when you want to get something done! | |
