Suggestion : Add "Arduino" to detector types [done v5.43]

I am aware arduino can be used in conjunction with other detector types, but I'm thinking it should be a detector type in it's own right,
and potentially support multiple arduinos for primarily
1) Start/Finish - Lap Detection
2) Dedicated Pit In
3) Dedciated Pit Out
4) Driver Stations - so those of us with advanced arduino skills, can build driver stations to display data via hardware using the arduino protocol, like logging in as a driver via RFID etc.



What do you think?

Done in version 5.43.
In version 5.43 you can also select “Arduino” as detector type, this is useful to discharge the lap and pit lane detection from the Pc Lap Counter main screen and have better display performance.
Of course when you select “Arduino” as detector type it means that you dedicate a Arduino board just to receive the lap and the pit lane messages (just to receive the message [SFnn], [PInn],[POnn] and [RF]) and you will have to use another Arduino board to process all the other messages
