get countdown on re-start?

Recently...Following a track call - on restart, I have lost the "countdown" on re-start. We just get a "Go".
Not sure what I have re-configured to have lost this re-start countdown. We prefer the countdown because it's stops drivers just holding throttle down ready at re-start (without penalty).

Any suggestions... Thanks

Yep, we had this enabled....

I've posted a new topic hoping Guy will try and give us an answer.

...We WANT the countdown when restarting the race following a track call.
I'm sure we had this working a little while ago, but recently we simply get a "Go" on restart. I can not find the relevant option to get a full countdown on re-start.
Help please. (We have stop and go penalty for jumping the start of the race, but want to have this on restart as well).

We have Pit Pro(Entrance and Exit), up to date firmware and PCLapcounter.
Racing six Cars.
Track Call initiated with 8sec of zero throttle.
Running on Windows 7 laptop.

Check the option "track call will" , if you want a countdown after the track call then it should be "pause race" like here:

We actually found another way around this.
To get the countdown we restart the race trough the computer...

We have the "track call" initiated after 8 secs of zero throttle.

When cars are re-slotted, we then press "Pause" on RMS, Re-start ..wait for the countdown, but then as the race is re-started we push the "Start" on the powerbaye to "clear' the light on the powerbase.

It seems to work, but I will also follow your advice.
