Stop & Go

Could someone tell me how to activate the STOP and GO penalty. We would like to use this after a driver has de-slotted and use this time to penalize the driver by say 10 seconds.

The idea is that after a crash the driver has to do a STOP & GO within three laps of triggering the STOP & GO penalty by driving into the pit lane and let PCLapcounter hold the car for 10 seconds.

To apply a Stop & Go to a car/lane just hold CTRL key + Car N° (or lane number), for exemple CTRL 1 apply a stop & go penalty to lane/car n° 1.
