Let a driver to be part of more than one team [done v5.00]

I don't know if i didn't find if there is something in the configuration, but I couldn't add the same driver to more than one team.

I almost understand that one driver can not be in more than one team for the same race, but why not to keep the teams there for future races?.

Sample, what i wanted to do..:

I am in a team with my wife, to race against two of my kids, after that I want to race in a team with my brother, against my one of my kids in a team with my other kid, I had to erase the previous teams to build the new ones.
