Track power turn off

I am racing using heats, built using Excel and importing it in the Heat generation panel.

I start the race 10 people, two teams of 5. A total of 25 heats of 1:30 minutes each. No intersegment values.

After several heats raced, suddenly the power is cutt. I press the "on" phidget button, and the race continue normaly. The frequency of this issue is random, I try several times and it doesn't happen at a precise moment.

Any clue?, or idea of what/how to test to find the issue?.

No Help?, or.. nobody reading this part of the forum? ... well, if is somebody out there, with some idea of what to do to fix my problem, or can tell me what to do to give you more info for helping me to solve the problem, will be great.

Did you ask to Mainlinehobbies ?, on my side i think that's a hardware problem but i can't tell you how to solve it
