8 Relay Board

Looking at this, it seems to be a cheap alternative to a Dontronics kit, but how would you connect it?

this 8 relay board need to be connected to a serial port, Pc Lap Counter not support this kind of relay board but as you know Pc Lap Counter support Phidget Relay Board 0/0/4 and 0/0/8, more on Phidget interface here: http://www.pclapcounter.be/phidget_interface.html
