Check box to turn on/off the trafic lights on the screen when starting race

I use a real trafic lights through Phidget interface.

I would like to have a configuration setting where to ask PCLC not to show the lights on the PC screen. Some friends don't know where to watch, if the screen or the real lights.

As the lights shows up on once for the PCLC and once for the Zoom view, I think that two check-boxes should be added, or... if only one... it should turn on/off both of them.

I am talking only of the lights, the rest of the things, like countdown voice must still be there.
