Trackmate interface - Track Call - Minimum time between track calls

Hi Guy,
We're using a track call button with the Trackmate timing system. It is working well with the following exception:

Is there a way to enforce a minimum delay (in seconds) for PCLC to react to multiple track call button presses? We are having a problem where the track call button may be pressed two or three time is quick succession causing the power to go off and PCLC to immediately begin the countdown to restart.

If there isn't already a configuration option it would be a very nice addition. Being able to configure a minimum number of seconds between track call button presses, thus forcing PCLC to wait for a prescribed number of seconds before acknowledging the next track call button press to restart the race, would save us some trouble.

Is this because the person who calls for track call holds the buttons down for TOO LONG ??
System thinks he has asked for immediate restart?
