race setting anounce start finish [done v5.25]

Nice work on 5.18 upgrades
I would like to ask for A cosmetic audio improvement to start and finish of races be they timed or lap based races.

when i set up a race and if i select practice ,when i start the race i would like pclc to announce practice session has begun and on ending
practice session has ended.
The above would apply in qualify accept it would be qualify has begun and ended and such nsuch driver has qualified the fastest
The race would be as is at the moment
