differences between the couple BT05/BT06 and yellow flag BT09 ?

Hi,

With BT05 and BT06 you can cut and set back the power on the track. What are the consequences on the race and time lap ? Is it equivalent to the "power on/off" on which you can click on the PCLC screen in the bottom right part of the screen ?
Will the sending of BT05/BT06 to PCLC induce the emission of PW000/PW001 from PCLC ?


With BT09 yellow flag on/off, what are the consequences on power/laps/lap time ?
