Activate power cut when the last car completes the race section in analogic mode

When the detection system is used by the lpt port and the race is a laps, although we select the option of all drivers finish all laps, the current cut signal by pin 2 is activated when the first car completes the laps and, all others will stop, although the race in Pclap is not over.

We propose that if the option has been used: All the pilots run the same laps, then, the current cut signal of pin 2 of the lpt, is activated when the last car completes all the laps, at which point Pclap ends the race.
