Non-enforcement minimum lap times after track call

We are experiencing non-enforcement of minimum lap times after a track call.

Example:
Car hops the lane 3, and goes thru on Lane 4, lap is counted (Was greater then minimum (5.5 seconds)). Track call button is mashed, and race is paused. Car is reset onto lane 3, with the proper car in lane 4 just feet before the sensor. Race is resumed (by pressing Enter twice), and the software does not reject the fast lap in lane 4 (Only 1.2 seconds "Race time" after the "Bad Lap")

Any way we can fix this bug? V5.04 Phidget interface, windows xp pro sp3
