Time left announcement bug [fixed 5.26e]

Guy, i think there may be some bugs in the Time Left Announcement!

1 - Timer announcement does not pick up on current setting of race - EG, if the timer announcement was last left on 'laps' and the race is timed, it won't make the announcement - think this should be automatic detection!

2 - I've finished a race, and start a new race by pressing "start" (Not by using "New Race" then "Start") - as a result, the timer announcement does not work. If I do "New Race" then "Start" by using the buttons, the timer resets and works again.

1- Can't reproduce but maybe it's linked to bug 2
2- Can reproduce it, will be fixed in next version (it happen only with lap limited race)
