No Phidget detected

Just installed pclapcounter on my windows 7 64 bit pc. Version 5.46 , when I try to set up Phidget card there is no Phidget detected. I have the usb cable in one of the front USB ports. I have the small power pack plugged into the Phidget board. I have tried downloading Phidget libraries. Also when I download pclapcounter version 5.46 my antivirus deletes a couple files saying it’s malware. Maybe I should try an earlier version of pclapcounter?

Hello,

- Unplug your phidget interface from your computer.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug your phidget interface on your computer.
- Check with the phidget control panel that your interface is detected or not , here is a example when it's ok:



If the phidget control panel display nothing then something wrong with your phidget interface and you should try again without connecting the phidget intertface to your track
