Delay when passing under detector (Phidget kit)

I don’t know if something is wrong, I have a delay in the sound and also in the zoom display. When the car pass the detector the sound and the refresh of the zoom are triggered like a second later. Even when the zoom and the sound happen at the same time, it is not exactly when the car pass the detector bridge…
Is there any config to fix it?, or any idea why this is happening.

Check the leds on the phidget interface, maybe the led lights up also with a delay ?

I will check the leds, not easy task because I enclosed the phidget circuit in a box, with all the buttons outside.

So what you are saying is, I check lights (I didn't remember that the phidget circuit had any) in the phidget board when the car passes under the bridge... I will do and will let you know.

Like aditional data, I should say that all the other things works without delay, like Pause, Restart, start, etc.
