Missing Laps with 5.48i/Oxigen 4.13

Hi all,

I found out that I am missing laps with the PCLC 5.48i

Car N.4 in the interface = Pos1 car in PCLC.

PCLC version: 5.48i
Oxigen version: 4.13 (blue dongle)
Oxigen controller version: 4.15D
Oxigen car chip version: 4.10B

The oxigen interface in the screenshot captures 9 laps accurately but only 8 laps was reported in PCLC.
It makes no difference whether the 'Update O2 min lap time with PCLC lap time' is checked or unchecked. The result is the same. This problem happens randomly.
I've changed lane IDs and it does not make any difference.

Please let me know what is the issue and if there is any solution.

I just did another test with another controller, car, chip and lane ID to confirm that the result is the same.

That's really strange because another user of Pc Lap Counter 5.48i sent me mail saying that it runs flawlessly! (he did not experience one issue in 9 hours of racing with up to 7 drivers at a time).
Did you check that the minimum lap time of your track is correct ?
Is there any message in the message part of Pc Lap Counter saying "lap rejected" or maybe other messages  ?
