No it's not possible

It would be very useful to be able to deduct laps if there is a problem on the track and false laps when false are created by the race

It would also be useful if a segment could be rerun again if there is a problem on the track there could be many reasons to reun a race.

Also it would be better if the rotation of drivers could be more spread throughout the race. ie having the first 4 drivers driving in the first 4 races and so on would be better if they could miss one or 2 segments. If a programme is available to make a speadsheet the dricvers roster coul be imported?
