Power dropping out

Had a race meet last night and power was dropping out from different lanes during the race. On one occasion power to all 4 lanes was cut for about 3 seconds. I am using Dentronics relay board for power magement. Any ideas?

when you have that problem did the 'on' column was checked or not



Checked mean that there is power on the track and OFF mean no power on track (controled by Pc Lap counter).
When you have that problem and column 'on' is checked it mean that power is not cut by Pc Lap Counter and maybe there is a hardware problem or other problem.
Other thing to check is the column 'pitstop laps' in the race setting, normaly this column have to be set to zero, otherwise the Pc Lap Counter will simulate a pitstop and will cut the power during the time specified in the pitstop lenght field (second tabpage on the race setting screen).

Column was checked.

Checked and checked again and power restored. Have already replaced the whole relay card thinking it was faulty and also tested custom cable for continuity between the plugs on that Pin.

This problem is intermittent.
