R2-D2 sound

how do i get rid of the R2-D2 sound? It seems to randomly occur once or twice a race when someone completes a lap, but i can't figure out what the sound is associated with or where the setting is to change it.

i have confirmed that it is not a sound programmed for any of my driver settings, nor is it programmed into my sounds in the options menu. how do i remove it?
