Are you supposed to get a User Manual with purchase?

I just purchased PC Lap Counter and was wondering if there is a user manual for it? If so where is it or where do I get it.

There is a User manual and also a quick guide made by SlotHobbySolutions (http://www.pclapcounter.be/download_and_manual.html)
The user manual is not up to date, while waiting the update you can find many informations on www.pclapcounter.be and also in the Pc Lap Counter forum.
The quick guide is made by a SCX Digital user but majorities of the features work also on Scalextric Digital
