Different restart countdown than what is defined at the race start...

I like the feature of a restart countdown after a track call. I would like to see the countdown be different than the start of the race. For example, the start countdown could start on 5, but the restart could start on 3.

I would like to see a user defined restart countdown option that could be different than the starting countdown.
