DS-300 connect chinese PC

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded the software and connected to the DS-300. The message is showed

"reading COM6, waiting signal from DS-300..." and the light is yellow not green.

I have surveyed the forum and suggested the language changed to English.

The result is the same. Does anyone have any solution? We are the company from Taiwan.

The computer is Windows 7 64 bit in Chinese. Thanks a lot.

Changing your windows to English is the good solution but you have to know that some DS-300 work at 4800 and other at 56000 bauds, in the DS interface of Pc Lap Counter try the different baud and see what happen (each time you change the baud don't forget to pass a car to S/F line to start the synchronisation).

  

Thanks guy. I have changed to English version and re-installed the software but the result was

the same. I knew the DS-300 works at 4800 or 56000 bauds. We tried the both ways. We are

curious how to start the synchronisation in the right way? Pass a car to S/F? Use hands passing

the sensor ? Or push the button on DS-300? Please advise the right instruction.

BTW, I press the debug button, then use hands passing the sensor. The window showed the "3F

FF FF..." or "3F 15 03 00 ...." What's the meaning of these numbers? Thank you.

The debug window show you the data comming from your DS-300, can you post a print screen of debug window so i can see if the data is good or not , i'am pretty sure that the data is not good and it can be a problem with baud setting.

To synchronise just pass a car to S/F.
I check your print screen and the data is not good , good data start with E0 and end with EB.

Have you try baud 115200 ?
