Race Pauses For No Reason

Hello Guy,

I am prepairing to run a 4-hour enduro with PC Lap Counter but during a systems check the program pauses race.

Message reads:

ASK Pause at 14:02:22:473
Race Paused at 14:02:26:507

Why is it pausing the race with out a prompt?

Maybe it was the end of the segment ?
I assume you use Phidget interface for laps detection , correct ?
Which version of Pc Lap Counter ?
Did you have a trackcall system conntected to your Phidget interface ?

I DISABLED THE TRACK CALL SYSTEM AND AT IT SEEMS TO WORK FINE, THE PROBLEM MUST HAVE BEEN IN WIRING OF THE TRACK CALL SYSTEM.

We have found that the Phidgets are very very sensitive to Cell Phone Signals. Make sure your drivers are cell phone free while racing, and the track calls will go away! We are working on a fix for this...

I have a similar problem, for no reason the race is paused. I checked all the buttons and they seems to work fine.
if you find what is happening please let me know. If I can help with any test, dont hessitate and e-mail me I will try or test it.

We've found GSM Cell Phones can cause interference with some Phidget boards. Installing
These Helps greatly. We put them on our light bridge wires, button wires, and USB wires, as close to the phidgets board as you can (within an inch or two)

Well, I have no cell phone close to the track, at least not closer than 10mts from the track. But I could try.
I don't know if this thing to add to the wire is easy to get here in Argentina, I will check it, or I will see if I can get it by mail from there.
I will let you know when I buy it and test it.
