Another question about use with DS300

I have two DS 300's hooked up to PCL to manage my 3 lane 1/24 Scalextric layout.

PCL works fine in managing a race: proper number of heats generated, lanes correctly sequenced, heat intervals and heat lengths all work. Power comes on/goes off as set. Lap counting and lap timing during races are read and recorded.

all good.

What I can't seem to get working is lap counting and displaying of lap times during practice. Not racing, just running laps for a indefinite period of time, but drivers being able to see their lap times as they run.

I can't find any settings in PCL to manage this.

I'm thinking it must/may be a setting on DS300? Any ideas?

It's not a setting on DS300.
In Pc Lap Counter , in the race setting screen just tick "practice session"

Thanks Guy. I tried that

BUT the practice button wasn't/isn't clickable.

It's not a button in the main screen , it is a check box in the race setting screen...
