My Powerbase has no auxiliary out???

I have a Scalextric Sport Digital GT set

but it does not have an auxiliary output on the powerbase??

Am I being really confused or have they removed the aux out to cut costs and totally destroy my chances of PC Lapcounter at the same time?

Any help or information would be hugely appreciated, thanks!

I bought the same set and found the same thing. It seems that you need the 6 car power base to get an AUX port. As usual, 6 car powerbase not included.
