2nd PowerBase as Pit in

When using a second power base for pit in, can you still use the "zero throttle" setting in addition, or does it just register you in the pit when you cross the PB?

I'm wondering because I don't want people to drive through the pit lane slow and just pick up a few liters of fuel, I want the to have to stop completely.

I check my program code and it just register you in the pit, "zero throttle" is not treat when you use a second powerbase for Pit in detection.
I will see if it's possible to treat also "zero throttle" on the second powerbase
