Set Race Name to Grand Prix name when Championship Selected [done 5.13]

Hi Guy,
It would help usability on the race setup screen if the race name were to default to the name of the Grand Prix that is selected when the Championship box is selected. Right now you have to type over the default "Practice" name, even though you have already selected a race with a name.
