In our club, on saturday, we faced a problem.
The problem was that we lost saved data.
Well, we run in 4 lane track an we had 18 drivers. At the end of a segment, we always save the race in a file with The name "RACE2012". But after a problem with the DS at the segment no8, we reallised that the pc lap counter didnt detect well. So i stop the race and i open a new file with te name "FAULTRACE2012" and i save again the race so as to have 2 files. One file with the last (fault) segment No8, and one with the previous segment (the good) no7.
But, when i managed to open the previous segment, no7, THE GOOD ONE, and to rerun the race, i realised that the software took all the data from this file (RACE2012) and moved it to the new one (FAULTRACE2012) with segment No8 with out my permisiion.And ofcourse i lost all previous data.
After this, i made a test.Every time i saved a segment from a race to another file, i always lost the previous files and segments.
Why?
What is the sollution for this?
