| When Starting a race of 2 minutes (6 lanes, RMS interface, lpt1 relay card, win xp Pro SP2 w/newest patches), when the first car goes throuh the counter, 45 seconds are Added to the clock (Sometimes a random amount of time, but 45 seemed to be the average) We keying something in wrong, or this happining to others. When we start a race of 30 minutes (Our default time when the track is in "Rental Mode," no time is added. | |

| I try everything and i don't have that problem, can you send me your racectrl.ini file with the problem, mean setting the race to 2 min and after you get the problem take a copy of the racectrl.ini and send me the file. Also, did you have that problem when you simulate laps with the keyboard ? | |

| Just tried with a 30 min race, after green, typed in 123456, to trigger all the lanes thinking that was the problem. Clock changed to 00:30:05 (h s). Will test on another system tonight to see if it is a hardware issue. - guy wrote:

| Ok, problem resurfaced. Race time: 30 mins. Timer does not start untill first car goes through. First cad goes through after less then 1 second, and time jumps to 30:05 then begins countdown. This was on Ver 4.34, and now 4.35 beta | |

Somebody else in this forum have the same problem....? Yes - something simlar during our last event. Individual race times were set to 7 mins. Everthing worked fine for quite a big number of those races (20 maybe). Then suddenly the race time switched to 1h:7min as soon as the first car started. From then on all races swithed to 1h:7min even though I setup the race again in between (where anyway still only 7mins were entered for both race and segment times). As soon as I terminated the program and restarted it, it was down to 7mins again. | |

| So to be sure we talk about race clock , this clock : Correct ? Next time you have the problem, can you note the race start time and end time displayed in the message part of Pc Lap counter. "Race Start on 12 at 21:03:47.134" mean race start on day 12 at 21H03... Thanks | |
