Track Call causing "Pit In"

We have recently upgraded to C7042, now I can not see Track Call with Single large button.
So now we have track call with BOTH buttons.... but when requested player gets "Pit In" and a added lap !!
Help please?

I have downloaded the latest software (and paid for new registration key - as we've had 10 years since I bought the original), but still have issues with the track call.
Once a car has called a track call we can't seam to get power turned back onto the circuit.
I've tried using "Pause" and race stop setting but similar problems.

We are having another race night this evening and will post any further issues!
