Pace Car Problems

I am having a problem with my pace cars going to the target lap time. What is happening is I put a target lap time of 8.5 secs and I have the throttle data up so I can see if it is increasing the speed of the cars and what happens is every lap the speed goes down so for example my pace car will be at 40 throttle data it will run a 10 sec lap time and then the throttle data goes to 39 then 38 every lap it gets slower rather than faster to hit the target lap time. Anyone ever run into this?

I suggest you check the message part of Pc Lap Counter, you should see message about pacer speed adjustement.
Also, you forgot to tell us some important informations:
- Which version of Pc Lap Counter ?
- With which track systems (oXigen, Scalextric C7042, etc...) ?
- In the options screen, what did you specify in the gap range for the speed adjustement ? (default is 0,100 and 3,000)

I am sorry I did not provide you with all this info. I was running version 5.20 and the pace cars worked fine but before I upgraded to 5.24 the problem started happening and I didn't change anything (unless something changed unintentionally) this is on a scalextric c7042 the gaps I left at default and no matter what I change the target lap time to the throttle keeps going down by one every lap. If you need anymore info please let me know as I am trying to get this resolved thanks again for the insight
